Business Development Manager – Federal Construction 

Location: Fort Collins, CO
Travel: Required between Colorado Springs, Denver, and Fort Collins
Background Investigation and Drug Screening Required

Responsibilities:

• Lead business development efforts in specified market segments (Aerospace, Healthcare, etc.)
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Conduct market research and client capture campaigns
• Coordinate proposal processes and manage resources
• Collaborate with management to achieve revenue goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication, networking, and leadership skills

Salary Range: $75,000 – $115,000
