Compensation: Up to $95K (flexible based on experience)
Overview: Pacific Construction is seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join their expanding team in Denver. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of projects, including work with University of Denver, County of Boulder, and Town of Erie. The company specializes in Job Order Contracting (JOC), focusing on infrastructure upgrades such as MEP, electrical, plumbing, and historical renovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on JOC projects.
- Oversee scheduling, submittals, and procurement tasks.
- Work with municipal and higher education clients, managing multiple project scopes.
- Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.
Skills & Experience:
- 1-5 years of experience in construction management, particularly in MEP, electrical, and plumbing projects.
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Project, Procore, and Sage 300 for project and contract management.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid work model, offering flexibility between working from home, in the field, and from a WeWork office.
