Traveling Superintendent – Pacific Construction (Denver Expansion)

Location: Various project sites across Colorado

Compensation: $100K – $115K (based on experience)

Overview: Pacific Construction is looking for an experienced and organized Traveling Superintendent to manage multiple job sites across Colorado. This role is essential to overseeing the day-to-day operations of projects, including infrastructure upgrades, MEP work, tenant build-outs, and renovations. You will work closely with subcontractors and ensure that project timelines, safety standards, and budgets are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily job site operations, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
  • Manage subcontractors to maintain quality and adherence to schedules.
  • Ensure project compliance with safety standards and deadlines.
  • Utilize Procore for tracking RFIs, field reports, and managing project documentation.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience managing infrastructure upgrades, MEP, demolition, and tenant build-out projects.
  • Proficiency in Procore for managing field tasks and tracking project progress.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to manage multiple projects at different sites.

Travel:

  • Regular travel between job sites is required.
