With a strong commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our industrial construction efforts.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale industrial builds, a deep understanding of construction methods, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of industrial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project resources to ensure successful project delivery.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and client specifications.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.

• Lead project meetings and site inspections; proactively identify and mitigate risks.

• Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and procurement of materials and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years focused on industrial projects.

• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

• Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar industrial builds.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• OSHA certification and PMP or equivalent certification a plus.
