COLORADO – Mid-Level and Senior Level Superintendents

Our Client anticipates their 2025 hiring needs for experienced Traveling and Mid-Level Superintendents to lead a variety of high-impact construction projects across diverse sectors. These roles will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, from pre-construction through project completion, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to schedules and budgets. Role Overview

• Position: Traveling Superintendent and Mid-Level Superintendent, and Senior Superintendent 
• Type: Full-Time, Project-Based

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with the project team to secure timely delivery of materials, stay within budget, and meet project milestones.
• Develop and maintain a 4-week look-ahead schedule, actively contributing to planning, execution, and completion phases.
• Manage all aspects of project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Foster a collaborative, client-centered approach to enhance project outcomes and secure future opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: Demonstrated success in managing significant construction projects independently, with stable employment history. 
• Skills: Strong in schedule management, project planning, safety, and quality control.
• Flexibility: Willing to travel or relocate as needed, with a particular preference for candidates open to working across various states and regions.
• Commitment: Team-oriented with a proactive approach to project leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000 (DOE), with potential to reach $155,000 for upper-level roles.
• Bonuses: Competitive sign-on and annual discretionary bonuses.
• Per Diem and Lodging: Provided for traveling roles, including housing or extended-stay arrangements.
