Superintendent Job Description:
The Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction of healthcare and medical project, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project.
Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
- Develop and manage project schedules
- Manage subcontractor performance relationships
- Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects
- Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management
- Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program
- Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and Company safety program
Superintendent Qualifications:
- 4+ years’ experience as a Project Superintendent
- Experience with projects $20mil+
- Strong background in MEP
- Proven record of success on large and/or complex projects
- Experience managing and mentoring a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Timberline, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
