Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Load and Non-Load Bearing Metal Framing, Gypsum Wallboard, and Acoustical Ceiling Systems. Experience with Prefabrication is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably with On Center Software Quick Bid and OST (or Winbid) software. Additional software proficiency should include Procore and/or Plan Grid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects ranging from $2MM to $14MM in size.
• Oversee all phases of project management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure effective communication and project execution.
• Utilize On Center Software Quick Bid, OST (or Winbid), Procore, and/or Plan Grid for project management and estimation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within Load and Non-Load Bearing Metal Framing, Gypsum Wallboard, and Acoustical Ceiling Systems.
• Proficiency in On Center Software Quick Bid and OST (or Winbid) software.
• Experience with Procore and/or Plan Grid.
• Proven track record of managing projects within the $2MM to $14MM range.
• Prior experience working directly for a Commercial Metal Framing and Drywall Contractor.
• Experience in Hospitality, Multi-Family, and Higher Education projects is preferred.
• Candidates from the General Contracting sector will not be considered.

• Starting base salary: $110K – $130K, depending on experience.
