SUPERINTENDENT – FRONT RANGE

For Candidates:

• At least 10 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally with reputable general contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead onsite crews and project teams.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience managing multifamily housing projects valued at a minimum of $20 million.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Field Superintendent Salary Range: $130,000 – $140,000.
• Senior Superintendent Salary Range: $145,000 – $180,000.
