This manager will have company wide responsibility, reporting either to me or Duffy.  The background is someone with industrial engineering, process engineering, six sigma black belt, LEAN, continuous improvement experience.  Skill set includes technical project management and operational planning and scheduling. 
Duties include:

• coordinate the client / project, shop and field schedules for our top clients
• develop and manage operational targets for shop and field to ensure schedules are met
• develop, manage and track productivity metrics
• leverage continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma and other performance improvement tools) to increase productivity
• perform assessments of the shop and field performance to ensure compliance with the schedule and ensure deliverables are achieved on time and on budget
• develop, mange and lead continuous process improvement initiatives
• train and coach key personnel
