- 67,000 SF Tier III data center renovation (active facility)
- 147,000 SF new construction with full MEP systems
- Live commissioning and phased critical infrastructure handoff
- Springfield, OH | Hybrid office/on-site coordination
- Target completion: 2026, with phased turnover
Role Summary
Manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes from design assist through turnover. Oversee procurement, submittals, vendor coordination, inspections, and Tier III commissioning.
Preferred Background: Mission-critical, healthcare, cleanroom, or large commercial projects.
Compensation: $150,000–$175,000 base + project bonus
Travel/Relocation: Stipend or full support available
