A top-ranked national general contractor is hiring an MEP Project Manager to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope on high-value data center builds across the country. As part of a collaborative team with deep experience in mission-critical infrastructure, you’ll take charge of MEP systems delivery—from early design coordination to testing and commissioning—ensuring every system performs to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead MEP scope execution across design, construction, and startup phases

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and equipment lead times for mechanical and electrical systems

• Review construction documents, shop drawings, and system integration plans

• Coordinate closely with commissioning agents, superintendents, and trade partners

• Monitor budgets, schedules, and QA/QC for all MEP workstreams

Qualifications:

• 7+ years’ experience managing MEP packages on large commercial or data center projects

• Deep technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, generators, UPS, and plumbing systems

• Ability to interface with engineers, field staff, clients, and subcontractors
