Your Role as Construction Project Engineer
As the Construction Project Engineer, you’ll be an integral member of our construction team, collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of multifamily construction projects. Your role will involve coordinating project activities, managing documentation, interpreting plans, and upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation Management: Assist in punch list management, review invoices, and maintain essential project documentation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Financial Analysis: Support budget management and conduct financial reviews to ensure project adherence to financial goals.
- Plan Interpretation: Accurately interpret and communicate project plans to subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Minimum Education: Degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
- Minimum Experience: 1–2 years of prior construction experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to travel to projects as needed.
