Senior Superintendent: Minimum of 5-10 years leading ground up Commercial Construction Projects valued between $20M – $40M. Tenure: No Hard and Fast Rule, demonstrates commitment Must be an Independent Scheduler – Proficiency in Microsoft Projects, Excel
