About the Project:
Join a best-in-class EPC team renovating a 67,000 sq-ft data hall and adding 147,000 sq-ft of Tier III capacity, leveraging prefabrication and just-in-time delivery to meet aggressive timelines.
Logistics & Perks:
- On-site in Springfield, OH (3 wks on / 1 wk off rotation)
- Relocation assistance available (preference for relocators)
- Competitive USD $80–120/hr DOE, plus travel per diem, sign-on & relocation stipends, medical & 401(k)
1. Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Manage submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes and action-item logs
- Coordinate communications among PMs, trade contractors and owner reps
- Monitor quality checkpoints and support on-schedule execution
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in project documentation/control roles on EPC or heavy-industrial builds
- Expert in Procore, Bluebeam and MS Office for deliverables
- Proven ability to resolve issues and enforce QA/QC standards
2. Project Scheduler
Responsibilities:
- Build & maintain the master CPM schedule, integrating field progress, procurement lead times & milestones
- Produce weekly schedule reports & critical-path forecasts
- Lead schedule-review sessions with project management
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ scheduling experience on large-scale construction or data-center projects
- Advanced Primavera P6 & MS Project skills; CPM certification a plus
- Track record of accurate, actionable schedules under tight timelines
3. Project Coordinator – Security
Responsibilities:
- Oversee low-voltage security system installation: access control, CCTV & monitoring
- Manage security submittals, vendor deliveries & field-testing schedules
- Coordinate with security subcontractors for full compliance
Requirements:
- 3+ years coordinating security or low-voltage systems on construction sites
- Procore proficiency & strong vendor-management skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to interpret security drawings & standards
