Summary: My Client is seeking a Project Executive – Glass to manage glazing projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams, leading project managers, and ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of glazing systems, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project managers to ensure successful project execution.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee glazing projects, maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of glazing systems and resolve technical issues.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary liaison between the company and stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure projects comply with scope and contract documents.
• Schedule Management: Maintain and update project schedules.
• Material Management: Perform accurate material take-offs and manage costs.
• Reporting: Generate monthly reports, billings, and track change orders.
• Procurement: Manage purchase orders and material deliveries.
• Communication: Draft communications and generate RFIs to facilitate project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in glazing project management.
• Strong knowledge of glazing systems and installation techniques.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Professional certifications in project management or glazing preferred.
• Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial glazing projects.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
