Multigenerational Commercial Real Estate Development Company located in Wilmington, NC in search of a project manager who has experience with ground up, wood frame multi-family projects including market rate and student housing.  
 
Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and direct projects from groundbreaking to completion
• Review the project in-depth to confirm deliverables and estimate costs
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building regulations
• Coordinate and direct general contractors
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Prepare internal and reports pertaining to job status
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Requirements:

• BA/BS in real estate, construction management, engineering, or business
• 5+ years of industry related experience; specifically, student housing or multi-family industry
• Willingness to travel locally and out of state
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to Wilmington, North Carolina
