A regional builder with deep Colorado roots is hiring a Project Manager to join its team in Durango. You’ll oversee civic, healthcare, and education-focused builds that drive impact. Ideal for project leaders ready to own results, mentor others, and move into senior roles long-term.

What You’ll Do
— Lead day-to-day project operations from buyout through closeout
— Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders
— Own project financials: budgets, forecasting, billing, and cost control
— Run client and trade partner meetings
— Mentor Project Engineers and support field leadership

What You Bring
— 5+ years of construction experience; 2+ as a PM
— Built ground-up or reno projects over $3M
— Strong communication, organization, and issue-resolution skills
— Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam
— Background in healthcare or K-12 projects preferred

Compensation & Benefits
— Salary range: $100K–$130K
— Annual bonus: up to 15% based on performance
