Position Overview

Top Commercial Builder hiring a Project Manager for a full-time role in Durango, CO. This is a long-term opportunity for a construction professional with 5+ years of experience managing vertical commercial projects valued at $3M or more. We’re looking for a confident, detail-oriented leader with a strong ability to drive communication and delivery in the field. Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage full project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting
• Develop, track, and update CPM project schedules; facilitate pull planning
• Draft, manage, and administer owner and subcontractor contracts
• Oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, and materials/equipment logistics
• Lead weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings and client communication
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and ensure jobsite readiness
• Mentor Project Engineers and manage documentation standards
• Support pursuit efforts, preconstruction, and interview presentations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience required
• Experience as both Project Manager and Project Engineer on $3M+ vertical projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Preferred: background in healthcare and/or educational facility construction
• Stable employment history (no more than 2 companies in 5 years or 3 in 10 years)
• Strong leadership in schedule, cost, and contract execution
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000–$130,000 (DOE)
• Bonus: 0–15% of salary based on performance
