Construction Project Manager (III)
Locations: Front Range, Mountain Range, Western Slope (Regional Office in Loveland, CO)
Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000 (Flexible up to $180,000 for right candidate)

• As a Project Manager with Hausmann, you’ll oversee diverse projects across Healthcare, Education, and Multifamily Ground-Up Developments. Your responsibilities will include managing all phases of construction, ensuring projects stay within budget and meet LEED standards, and coordinating with stakeholders. The role requires navigating logistical challenges, especially in mountainous environments.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, and P6.
• Proven experience in managing complex construction projects under tight deadlines.
