You’ll have the chance to drive impactful projects, from developing scopes and managing budgets to overseeing subcontractors and superintendents—all while playing a key role in establishing the Denver office and contributing to the firm’s long-term vision in all of Colorado.

Compensation/Perks: 
  • Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers benefits including three weeks of PTO, health insurance, dental insurance, car allowance and gas card.
Qualifications:
  • A background in commercial construction with experience in ground up and fast past remodel projects.
  • Familiarity with construction management software like Bluebeam, Procore, Excel and Sage Contractor 100.
  • Developing project scopes, managing bids, and completing project budgets.
  • Leading subcontractors and superintendents to ensure project continuity and successful completion.
  • Flexibility to work remotely to start, transitioning to an office environment as the team grows.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while fostering collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong commitment to a 40-50 hour work week with flexibility in schedule.
