About the Company:
With headquarters in Colorado Springs, this young, dynamic firm offers an incredible opportunity to grow alongside the business as one of its first Denver hires. You’ll have the chance to drive impactful projects, from developing scopes and managing budgets to overseeing subcontractors and superintendents—all while playing a key role in establishing the Denver office and contributing to the firm’s long-term vision in all of Colorado.

- Uncapped Profit-Sharing Model – Competitive base salary and benefits package plus 1-2% bonus on all revenue for profitable projects you bring in. (For example, a $1M project with a 12% profit margin could result in a $20,000 bonus—recent hires in other markets have earned $120K+ annually in bonuses alone.)
- Remote Flexibility – Work remotely until the Denver office is fully established.
- Fast-Track to Regional Director – Work with a leadership team that prioritizes independence, rewards performance, and provides a quick and clear path to advancement.
Compensation/Perks:
- Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
- Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers benefits including three weeks of PTO, health insurance, dental insurance, car allowance and gas card.
Qualifications:
- A background in commercial construction with experience in ground up and fast past remodel projects.
- Familiarity with construction management software like Bluebeam, Procore, Excel and Sage Contractor 100.
- Developing project scopes, managing bids, and completing project budgets.
- Leading subcontractors and superintendents to ensure project continuity and successful completion.
- Flexibility to work remotely to start, transitioning to an office environment as the team grows.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while fostering collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Strong commitment to a 40-50 hour work week with flexibility in schedule.
