Safety Manager | Denver, CO

Reports To: VP Field Operations/Senior Safety Manager
Department: Operations/Safety
Salary: $105,000 base salary 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety protocols tailored to each construction site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses, and develop reports and recommendations.
• Organize and conduct safety training for employees and subcontractors.
• Report safety issues and concerns to senior management and collaborate on solutions.
• Work closely with subcontractors to ensure their safety practices align with company standards.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all safety inspections, training sessions, and incidents.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
• Relevant certifications such as CSP, ASP, GSP, SMS, CHST, OHST.
• Completed OSHA 500 course.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial building industry.
• Leadership and motivational skills to lead safety initiatives and motivate employees.
