Position Overview

Title: Superintendent

Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
Schedule: 6 weeks on / 1 week off (flexible)

Existing Facility: 67,000 SF data center in Springfield, OH

• 20,000 SF raised floor, 18,000 SF MEP
• Generators, 350-ton chillers, secure systems

Phase I – Renovation:

• 62,000 SF renovation
• $3.4M acquisition + $10.7M improvements = $16.1M

Phase II – Expansion:

• 147,000 SF new build
• 200 MW IT load with FirstEnergy
• $413M build + $883M equipment = $1.32B total
