Position: Superintendent

Salary: $130,000 – $150,000

Project Details & Location:

• 62,000 SF data center with 20,000 SF raised flooring and 18,000 SF mechanical/electrical plant
• Generators, 350-ton chillers, and state-of-the-art security measures

Site Acquisition: 5C Data Centers purchased the existing LexisNexis buildings and ~40 acres of surrounding land

Renovation (Phase I):

• Renovate existing 62,000 SF data center and associated infrastructure
• Purchase/building improvement costs: $3.4 M (acquisition) + $10.7 M (improvements) = $16.1 M

Expansion (Phase II):

• Construct 147,000 SF new data center expansion to attract hyperscale customers
• Will bring 200 MW of IT capacity in partnership with FirstEnergy
• Cost breakdown: $413 M for new construction + $883 M for machinery/equipment = up to $1.32 B total

Site size: Approximately 40 acres (existing facility + surrounding land)
