ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Client is hiring a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up commercial projects ranging from $15M–$75M. This on-site leadership role manages scheduling, subcontractors, safety, and quality control across the Colorado Front Range.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations, subcontractors, and logistics
- Build and manage schedules using Microsoft Project
- Run safety meetings, field audits, and manage SWPPP compliance
- Coordinate with Safety Director on compliance and culture
- Manage trade sequencing and project phasing
- Enforce QA/QC standards and resolve inspection issues
- Lead preconstruction, subcontractor, and OAC meetings
- Track delays and adjust plans to stay on schedule
- Maintain daily logs, submit timesheets and expense reports
- Drive close-out, punch list resolution, and commissioning
- Support team with hands-on solutions when needed
Must-Have Experience
- 4–8 years with a commercial general contractor
- Led 2–3 ground-up projects valued at $15M+
- Sector experience in healthcare, education, civic, or institutional projects
- Knowledge of building codes, inspections, and SWPPP
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Procore
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
