Location: Local, full-time position based in Colorado Springs

Top Requirements

• 3–5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent in vertical commercial markets
• Strong scheduling experience and ability to lead multiple trades
• Preference for stable work history (no more than 2 companies in 5 years or 3 in 10)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to read and coordinate from plans/specs
• Professional communication and leadership presence in the field
