Superintendent – Multifamily

A Denver-based Multifamily General Contractor is looking for a Superintendent for the Colorado Springs area.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of lead Superintendent experience in wood framed Multifamily projects.
- $20 to 50 million+/- project value
- 110K – 150K salary range
- Not required just preferred they live in the Colorado Springs area or willing to travel from Denver
- Experience in multiple new buildings being framed, roofing, roughed-in, exterior finishes, and sitework all being performed in a sequenced fashion
- Experienced in Procore
- Experienced in MS Project
- Experience in managing Assistant Superintendents and project team members
