Lead Superintendent – Mountain Projects

This role offers the chance to run $10M–$40M projects from start to finish. You’ll oversee field ops, coordinate subs, and drive schedules. We’re looking for Superintendents who take ownership and lead from the front.

Core Responsibilities
— Direct site activity from mobilization to closeout
— Supervise subs and uphold jobsite safety
— Manage logistics, inspections, and daily reporting
— Keep timelines aligned and owners informed
— Leverage Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project

Qualifications
— 5–10 years leading ground-up $10M+ commercial or multifamily builds
— Strong leadership, trade coordination, and problem-solving
— OSHA 30 required; ICRA or First Aid a plus
— Able to travel full-time; per diem and lodging included
— Proactive communicator and team-first mindset
