About the Role
We’re hiring Superintendents to lead field operations across several active job sites. These roles support a culture of excellence, problem-solving, and accountability in the field. Ideal candidates take ownership, communicate clearly, and thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities
— Lead on-site crews, subcontractors, and daily field operations
— Ensure schedule, quality, and safety goals are met
— Run jobsite meetings and act as primary field liaison
— Use Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam for reporting and tracking
— Uphold OSHA standards and site-specific protocols

Qualifications
— 5–10 years as a Superintendent or equivalent field leadership
— Experience on projects $10M+ in commercial or institutional markets
— Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools
— OSHA 30 required; First Aid/CPR and ICRA a plus
— Willing to travel regionally with lodging and per diem included
