Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $100,000 – $130,000, dependent on experience

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, manage sub-contractors, and ensure all work adheres to safety and quality standards
- Maintain constant communication with the project team to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to the budget
- Develop and manage a 4-week look-ahead schedule, participating in critical project planning and execution phases
- Foster a collaborative environment and participate in client interviews to secure future projects
