Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, manage sub-contractors, and ensure all work adheres to safety and quality standards
  • Maintain constant communication with the project team to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to the budget
  • Develop and manage a 4-week look-ahead schedule, participating in critical project planning and execution phases
  • Foster a collaborative environment and participate in client interviews to secure future projects
