Traveling Superintendent – Front Range & Durango

About the Role
A leading GC with work across the Front Range and Mountain West is hiring a Traveling Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial and institutional builds. Ideal for candidates who thrive in schedule-driven, high-accountability environments.

Must have experience leading $10M+ ground-up projects, strong subcontractor coordination, and field execution. Healthcare project experience is preferred, especially in ICRA or occupied medical settings.

Active projects include civic, healthcare, multifamily, and education sectors across Summit County, Eagle County, and Cheyenne. Role includes full site oversight from mobilization through punch and closeout.

Responsibilities
— Lead all on-site activities and subcontractors
— Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness
— Run daily coordination, scheduling, and site meetings
— Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
— Use Procore for reporting and documentation
— Ensure timely and high-quality delivery

Qualifications
— 5+ years as lead Superintendent on $20M+ jobs
— Ground-up, renovation, and fast-track experience
— Proficient in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam
— OSHA 30 required; ICRA, First Aid/CPR a plus
— Willingness to travel; per diem and lodging provided
