• Reiz Foods: 100K sf meat Processing facility including pre-packing and a walk up store ($112M)

LIFE SCEINCE/PHARMA FACILITIES:
• ThermoFisher Scientific, Pandemic Greenfield Building : Ground Up New Construction of a 3-floor, 156,000 sq/ft facility for the Department of Defense totaling $127 Million.
• Eli Lilly, Manufacturing Facility: $130 million scope of a $433Million contract. 8 Additional buildings including office, kitchen, café, site services, and maintenance building of 600,000 sq/ft
• Fresenius Kabi, Expansion Site: Warehouse administration building, laboratories, office space, and cafeteria space ($100M)
• Novo Nordisk: Mechanical and Processing Pipping Superintendent on a $700 Million scope of a $2 Billion project including an 833,000 sq/ft Ground Up New Construction building.
HIGHER EDUCATION:
• University STEM Building: 3-story structural steel w/suites, labs, classrooms, and cleanrooms ($93M)
