Scripps Health – Prebys Cardiovascular Institute, La Jolla, CA – Ground-up construction of a seven-story steel-framed tower with 59 ICU beds, 108 medical-surgical beds, six cardiovascular ORs, two hybrid ORs, and three Cath labs. 10 levels including basement and mechanical floors. Brick and window curtain wall with cream-colored metal panels. Includes a three-level central energy plant providing HVAC, medical gases, and emergency power. (Complete)
