• COMMERCIAL: Market Station Mix Use Project, Denver, CO – Mixed-use development with luxury apartments, office spaces, and restaurants, Includes luxury apartments, roof pool, brick and metal panels exterior, and underground parking garage with car stackers – $150 Million (Office & Field Engineer, Modified the change management process for more effective communication to minimize cost impacts, scheduled and completed work safely to meet project deadlines)
