Modera Buckman, Portland, OR – 170-unit, 7-story mixed-use development with 6,621 SF of retail and one level of below-grade parking. (Superintendent)

CIVIC / INSTITUTIONAL
Pike Place Market Renovation, Seattle, WA – MEP infrastructure replacement and seismic upgrades across 8 historic buildings. Scope included installation of a 4-pipe system, central plant, electrical vault, and main switchgear servicing 800+ tenant panels. (MEP Superintendent)

City of Seattle Facility, Seattle, WA – Seismic retrofit, structural reconfiguration, and renovation of two buildings totaling 125,000 SF. Included self-performed carpentry, conversion of office and training areas, and lab build-outs. (Self-Perform Superintendent)

Allen Institute for Brain Science, Seattle, WA – Demolition and retrofit of a specialized lab for brain mapping. Included new MEP systems, structural upgrades, and rooftop equipment flown in using a WWII-era derrick crane. (Superintendent)
