I am Janan, the Head of Transformation Strategy at Scott Humphrey. With over 6 years of experience in strategic planning and change management in different industries, I guide our organization through complex transformations. While I hold an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Dallas, my business school has been day-to-day, real life experience working alongside company owners to take our operations to the next level.

Since joining our team, I’ve led initiatives that enhanced our efficiency and market responsiveness. My expertise in total business transformation ensures we stay ahead as we grow. Known for my collaborative leadership, I foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, boosting employee engagement and productivity.

Residing in Houston, I stay connected with the heart of our business: people. I love engaging with likeminded professionals in all arenas, as well as learning about and with people who seem nothing like me. Outside of work, I teach yoga and perform stand up comedy.
