With a passion for helping and supporting people, I have more than a decade of experience in talent development, performance coaching, and organizational effectiveness. Currently, I am the Vice President of People at Scott Humphrey, where I serve on the executive team, aligning people strategies with business needs and ensuring that internal operations, employee experience, and talent processes run smoothly and effectively.

My previous experience includes working for global organizations, where I collaborated on the design and implementation of scalable onboarding and management development programs tailored to both international and regional needs. I have led performance initiatives across North America, partnering closely with leadership to drive capability, engagement, and growth. Through my own business consultancy, I worked exclusively with recruitment firms to develop and execute performance strategies that elevate training, retention, and business results.
