Before stepping into the world of recruitment, I spent eight years working hands-on in welding and fabrication — building my career from the ground up in the trades. That experience gave me a deep respect for the people who bring projects to life and a firsthand understanding of what it takes to succeed in a demanding, detail-driven industry. Today, I bring that same work ethic and precision to helping companies and candidates connect — ensuring the right fit for both the business and the individual.

Transitioning from blue-collar work to recruiting has allowed me to combine my technical background with my passion for people. Born and raised in central Massachusetts, I recently relocated to southeastern Idaho to be closer to the outdoors. When I’m not working, you can usually find me hiking, camping, or exploring new trails with my dog as we make our way across the lower 48 states. Whether it’s exploring a new trail or guiding someone toward their next career path, I’m inspired by the journey and the connections made along the way.
