HEALTHCARE: Veterans Hospital – 1.7M SF of space for rehab suites, critical care units, emergency care, 12 surgical suites, a recovery unit with 40 beds, a burn unit, trauma unit, and an open therapeutic atrium for recovering patients. This project included 3 parking garages, $1B
HEALTHCARE: University Medical Center – ground up construction of 2.3M SF space for primary care services, chronic disease management, surgical suites, recover suites, 446 bed spaces for acute illness, emergency care, 2 parking garages, and an adjacent administration building, $1.1B
HEALTHCARE: Infectious Diseases Laboratory – 26,000 SF negative pressure building to include BSL-3 for a Tier 1 select agent programs, BSL 2 laboratories, vivarium and office space, $42M
HIGHER ED: School of Engineering – 155,000 SF space for 63 labs, 17 classrooms, 3 large multimedia auditoriums, 5 computer labs, and 7 student areas, $50M
HOSPITALITY: Casino – ground up construction of a 500,000 SF, 16-story building including hotel rooms, gaming, and an amphitheater, $256M
HEALTHCARE: Children’s Hospital- ground up construction of a 15-story, 760,000 SF building to include 332 bed, 48 NCIU bassinets with two additional operating rooms, emergency care, trauma unit, burn unit, and rehabilitation, $399M
INDUSTRIAL: Steel Mill – new construction of 4 total buildings, 120-130 feet tall along with major civil work including the construction of a new exit from the freeway. Project spanned 1800 acres, $5B
