Our client is seeking a Traveling Superintendent based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area who is open to regional travel and looking to grow with a highly respected Austin-based commercial builder.

This role will start on a 3–4 month high-end hospitality project, with a strong focus on expanding their footprint in the DFW market. Long-term, this person has the opportunity to help establish and support future projects in DFW—but must be flexible to travel to Austin as needed in the interim.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on assigned projects
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site coordination
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
• Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company protocols
• Collaborate with project teams and ownership during execution
• Represent the company professionally on-site and with clients

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of commercial construction experience
• Experience leading projects in the $2M – $10M range
• Background in interiors and/or hospitality projects preferred
• Willingness to travel between DFW and Austin as business needs require
• Procore experience is a plus
• Strong communication and field leadership skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $100K – $130K
• Bonus potential (historically exceeds targets)
• Vehicle allowance: $550/month
