• HIGHER EDUCATION/RENOVATION: Renovation for new dance and music program at Oberlin College in Oberlin, OH. Executed on the first floor of an occupied hotel with zero noise or vibration tolerance ($6M).
• CORPORATE OFFICE: Progressive Insurance main headquarters in Mayfield Village, OH. 13-floor renovation out of 25 floors, including the CEO’s office ($12M).
