Our client is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support large-scale ground-up healthcare projects in the DFW area, including a major hospital campus currently underway.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Superintendent with daily field operations on a large ground-up hospital project
• Help manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce jobsite standards
• Coordinate inspections and ensure quality control across all phases of construction
• Track progress and help drive schedule milestones
• Maintain communication with project management and field teams

Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Experience in healthcare or higher education projects preferred
• Ground-up construction experience required
• Strong understanding of scheduling, site coordination, and safety protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What’s Offered:

• Base salary: $85,000 – $115,000
