• HEALTHCARE (ED): Midtown Emergency Department Renovation — Comprehensive $45M comprehensive renovation and 19-phase structural overhaul of an active, 24/7 emergency department. Managed full clinical programming with ED physicians/nursing leadership, AE/CM procurement, and strict infection control (ICRA/PCRA) with zero disruption to patient care.
• HEALTHCARE (NEW CONST.): Midtown Women’s Health Pavilion — $20M ground-up construction of a state-to-state comprehensive women’s health facility. Led project from concept, including space planning, functional adjacency development, and full multi-stakeholder delivery.
• HEALTHCARE (LAB CONSOLIDATION): North Hospital Core Lab Consolidation — $15M, 27,000 SF gut renovation consolidating six laboratory disciplines. Managed complex instrument sequencing and Roche Core Lab Automation platform integration ($2.6M) in an active diagnostic lab environment with zero testing downtime.
• K-12 EDUCATION: Lansdowne High School Replacement — $16.1M ground-up construction and full replacement of a 318,461 SF school facility.
• K-12 EDUCATION: Havre de Grace Middle/High School — $7.9M, 266,752 SF ground-up phased construction and occupied renovation. Directly managed Divisions 1, 6, and 8–14.
