Prepare detailed estimates for $20M+ vertical projects. Support preconstruction leadership through quantity takeoffs, subcontractor coordination, and cost analysis.
Key Responsibilities
  • Advanced quantity takeoffs and trade scoping
  • Subcontractor outreach and bid analysis
  • Historical cost analysis and value engineering
  • Budget tracking and internal coordination
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in CM, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 3+ years vertical building or estimating experience
  • Experience with CostOS, OST, MS Office; Asta scheduling preferred
