Profile and Projects

• INDUSTRIAL / AUTOMOTIVE: $200M+ in plant expansions at BMW Plant Spartanburg, including a car stacker project and three large body shop expansions (4M+ sq. ft. campus footprint). Involved structural steel frames, heavy steel trusses, IMP exteriors with TPO roofing, and high-voltage power installations. Managed a field and office team of 15.
• MANUFACTURING / EV: $350M Lump Sum Phase 1 & $60M T&M Phase 2 SK Battery America 10-Gig EV Factory in Commerce, GA (10M sq. ft. footprint). Represented the Owner, oversaw mechanical system installations (boilers, chillers, cooling towers), and successfully negotiated over $20M in change order savings.
• MANUFACTURING: Tissue manufacturing facility, new greenfield project ($300M)
• ENERGY / PIPELINE: Multiple EPC landfill gas to natural gas processing facilities and heavy pipeline infrastructure across the East and Northeast coasts. Managed multiple concurrent Project Managers and Site Managers.
