We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee interior buildouts and renovation projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market. This position is ideal for a Superintendent with a strong background in Class A office interiors, corporate buildouts, and/or interior construction within industrial facilities.

Experience managing multi-tenant buildings is highly preferred, particularly candidates who have overseen multiple interior buildouts within high-rise office buildings or other occupied commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial interior buildout and renovation projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, deliveries, and site logistics
• Maintain project schedules and proactively address potential delays
• Oversee quality control and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and building management
• Manage construction activities within occupied and/or multi-tenant buildings while minimizing disruption to surrounding tenants
• Lead projects through punch list, turnover, and closeout

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
• Strong experience with interior buildouts and/or renovations
• Experience with Class A office, corporate interiors, industrial interiors, or similar commercial projects
• Multi-tenant construction experience highly preferred, including office towers, high-rise buildings, or facilities with multiple tenant spaces
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractor trades and fast-paced project schedules
• Strong understanding of commercial construction sequencing, plans, specifications, and field coordination
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
