[Spring 2026] Project Manager IV – Denver, CO

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager IV to lead highly complex, large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. This role demands exceptional client leadership, mastery of project financials, and the ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams in delivering landmark projects in both public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, including GMP development, buyout, execution, and commissioning
- Serve as the primary executive-level client contact, fostering long-term relationships and trust
- Oversee project schedules and recovery plans to ensure on-time delivery
- Direct project financials, including forecasting, budget management, and change order strategy
- Ensure strict compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and QA/QC protocols
- Guide design coordination, constructability reviews, and value engineering initiatives
- Mentor and develop project management staff, fostering a high-performance team environment
Qualifications
- 8-10 years leading and completing $15M-$25M projects within K12, Higher Education markets from start to finish
- Most Recently Employed with a reputable general contractor (local, regional, or national)
- Expertise in ground-up and renovation projects across K-12, higher education, and municipal markets
- Demonstrated success in GMP/CMAR and design-build delivery methods
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project or P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
- $140,000-$160,000 annual base salary ((DOE))
