Job Title: Project Manager – Glass & Glazing

Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite – Primarily Office-Based)

Salary: Up to $100,000 (Based on Experience)

Overview:

We are currently partnered with a reputable glass and glazing subcontractor based in Tampa, FL that specializes in the manufacturing and installation of commercial glazing systems. The company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their team. This is a primarily in-office position, with occasional site visits, supporting field operations, coordinating internally, and overseeing projects from the office.

Project Scope Includes:

• Storefront systems
• Curtain wall systems
• ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) panels
• Railing systems
• Skylights and other architectural glass features

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial glazing projects from start to finish, with a focus on in-office coordination and support
• Collaborate closely with internal manufacturing, drafting, and installation teams
• Coordinate scheduling, material procurement, and subcontractor communication
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
• Communicate regularly with clients, general contractors, and vendors
• Monitor budgets, track project progress, and document any changes or delays
• Ensure all project documentation is up to date and properly filed
• Visit job sites periodically to support field staff and ensure project alignment

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing projects in the commercial glass and glazing industry
• Hands-on knowledge of storefront, curtain wall, ACM panels, and related systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with construction documentation and project management tools
• Ability to work independently in an office-based setting while effectively managing multiple active projects

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary up to $100,000 (depending on experience)
