Dallas-based General Contractor actively seeking a Project Manager with Estiating experience to lead their $3M-$15M construction projects from conception to completion. Company specializes in Class A Corporate Interiors. Previous experience running Class A Corporate Interior projects is a MUST.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Manager will have a strong track record of completing commercial projects, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, field staff throughout project.

Select Responsibilities:

• Estimate projects and control project budget
• Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
• Develop and manage project schedules
• Manage subcontractor performance relationships
• Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects
• Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as construction Project Manager
• Must have estimating experience on commercial projects
• Experience running Class A Corporate Interior construction projects is a must.
• Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion

Pay: $80,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
