We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to manage commercial interior projects from initial pricing and preconstruction through construction and closeout.
This role specifically requires someone who has operated as a Project Manager who estimates their own projects. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning the full project lifecycle — developing estimates, managing client relationships, coordinating subcontractors, and ultimately delivering the work they priced.
Experience with Class A office interiors, commercial renovations, and/or industrial interior buildouts is strongly preferred. Experience with multi-tenant buildings, including high-rise office environments, is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial interior buildout and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout

- Perform quantity takeoffs, develop scopes of work, solicit subcontractor pricing, and prepare detailed estimates
- Review drawings and specifications to identify scope, constructability, and potential project risks
- Lead subcontractor bid solicitation, leveling, and selection
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams throughout construction
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and building management
- Manage project financials and ensure projects meet budget and profitability expectations
- Lead projects through punch list, turnover, and closeout
