About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager IV to lead highly complex, large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. This role demands exceptional client leadership, mastery of project financials, and the ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams in delivering landmark projects in both public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, including GMP development, buyout, execution, and commissioning
  • Serve as the primary executive-level client contact, fostering long-term relationships and trust
  • Oversee project schedules and recovery plans to ensure on-time delivery
  • Direct project financials, including forecasting, budget management, and change order strategy
  • Ensure strict compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and QA/QC protocols
  • Guide design coordination, constructability reviews, and value engineering initiatives
  • Mentor and develop project management staff, fostering a high-performance team environment

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years leading and completing $15M-$25M projects within K12, Higher Education markets from start to finish
  • Most Recently Employed with a reputable general contractor (local, regional, or national)
  • Expertise in ground-up and renovation projects across K-12, higher education, and municipal markets
  • Demonstrated success in GMP/CMAR and design-build delivery methods
  • Proficiency with Procore, MS Project or P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

  • $140,000-$160,000 annual base salary ((DOE))
