Superintendent – Colorado

Seeking a proven Superintendent to lead onsite construction operations on commercial and institutional projects located between Colo Springs and Pueblo, CO. 

This role oversees field execution, trade coordination, safety, and schedule adherence while driving project completion within cost targets.

Key Highlights

• 5–20 years construction experience; 3–8 years in leadership.
• Completed vertical and civil projects up to $100M+.
• Leads 30–100+ field personnel across multi-phase builds.
• Strong record of on-time delivery and zero safety incidents.
• Expert in sequencing, schedule recovery, and field logistics.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage site operations from mobilization through turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, logistics, inspections, and reports.
• Ensure QC, safety compliance, and plan/spec adherence.
• Partner with PM on schedule, budget, and change management.

Qualifications

• Commercial, industrial, or infrastructure project background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools.
• Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills.

Compensation & Benefits

•  Base Salary: $120K–$140K
